Greatly enjoyed a safe, an iron with ironing board, and a work desk in the room...

    Nothing to mention.

This place is amazing and the staff are friendly. It has marvellous and awesome setting in the region. Plus, this hotel is next to the vineyard and public transports and the garden, front. Thanks very much for a fine stay, we can't wait to come back👍

Could not be improved in any way.

Superb place! Loved the free continental breakfast and the free use of bicycles. Safety features like fire extinguisher and smoke detector made me feel secure. The only downside was having to leave the beautiful accommodation to find food. So inconvenient!

The double room with a large roof window was absolutely amazing! It made me feel like I was sleeping under the stars. I loved waking up to the natural light and sky views. It was such a unique experience.

The only thing I didn't personally enjoy was the presence of a bathrobe in the double room. It felt a bit unnecessary for my taste.

We got amazing value for our money at this beautiful chateau. The spacious room and comfortable beds made for a fantastic stay. The staff treated us like royalty, with friendly and helpful service throughout. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the chateau grounds.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved by including eggs, ham, and cheese without an additional cost.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B in the Bordeaux region. The serene and elegant atmosphere of the chateau was a pleasant surprise. The Gilbert twin room I stayed in was spacious and charming, and the large bathroom had good toiletries and provided robes and slippers. The breakfast served in the elegant dining room was superb, and the staff was charming and welcoming. The hotel's location close to the vineyards was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. I also appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice and yogurt provided for my early departure to the airport.

    Nothing.

This double room with a large roof window facing the sky made me feel like I was sleeping under the stars. It created a cozy and romantic atmosphere that I absolutely loved. The views from this double room, overlooking the park and vineyard, were simply breathtaking. I felt like I was in a fairytale surrounded by nature's beauty. The interconnected rooms in the suite, named Charlotte Room and Guillaume Room, were perfect for my family. It gave us both privacy and togetherness during our stay. The bathrooms in the suite were well-equipped with bathrobes, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. It made us feel pampered and relaxed. The suite also had air conditioning, which was a great relief during hot weather. The bathrobe and sofa added a touch of luxury to our stay.

Personally, I found the bathrobe in the double room to be unnecessary. It wasn't something that I used or needed during my stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful grounds of the chateau, surrounded by vineyards. The Juliette room with its skylight and comfortable bed provided a cozy atmosphere. Herve went above and beyond to ensure we had dinner arrangements on a Sunday when many restaurants were closed. The nearby wine bar was a great option for light meals. we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel.
